Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, V-integ LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. V-integ LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, V-integ LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order procedures
To place an order you need to press “ add to cart” link located to the right of the item you are interested in. This will add the selected items to the rest of the purchases, or just select the item to be purchased. Once you have completed the selection of item to be purchased, “ check out “ link need be used to lead you into the area of creating a customer account (form including identification and contact info), if this is the first time you are placing an order with us. If you have previously created an account with us, you will be guided to an option to enter your username and password and access your account. Once you are on your account page, the shipping address is confirmed, and different options are offered in terms of shipping. Next page offers you to select the payment method and enter you billing information. Order Confirmation page allows you to view the summary of your order and confirm the purchase.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. V-integ LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. V-integ LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
When will you receive your order
If your item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 7 days. Otherwise delivery will usually be between 7 and 28 business days depending on which item you select. In some cases, depending on the complexity of your order, it might take longer but never more then 45 business days. After placing your order, we will notify you of it's acceptance and provide all the information on the availability of the item and estimated shipping time.
Return and Refund Policy
All of our sales are final. All our items are very carefully shipped in strong packaging specially prepared for artwork shipments. In the unlikely event that it arrives at your door damaged or you discover another problem with your order, please contact us within two business days of the receipt of the shipment to notify us of the problems.
V-Integ reserves the right to make decisions based on the review of each particular case after being contacted by the customer. Do not ship items back to us without notifying us of the problem and until being assigned return authorization number.
In the case of a return of the item, you will be refunded the full amount of the order minus shipping and handling fees.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against V-integ LLC shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the V-integ LLC sites shall be an appropriate court of Russian Federation. |
